Tremendously refreshing perspective from a truly authentic individual. Matthew, through his compassion for humankind, dives into topics so relevant to anyone being “processed” through the healthcare system. Having experienced the limitations and challenges of our current healthcare system after being diagnosed with Glioblastoma in his 20s, Matthew takes on the world looking to empower current and future patients to take charge of their own healthcare journey. Matt’s ability to connect with the audience should also be highlighted as on more than one occasion I have found myself laughing and crying at the same time.
